Ask your GP for a Mental Health Treatment Plan and a referral to Torgeir Solemdal (Provider Number: 5653163W). This gives you access to Medicare rebates of $149.05 per session - but you can also self-refer with no GP visit required.
Your first sessions
The first few sessions are about understanding you — what brings you here, what you're hoping to change, and what matters most to you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet.
Ongoing therapy
From there, sessions are tailored to your goals and reviewed regularly to make sure things are actually moving. Some people come for a handful of sessions. Others work with me over a longer period. The pace is always yours.
