Medicare rebates are $145.25 per session on a Mental Health Care Plan referral from a GP, leaving a payable gap of $109.75.

You will receive an invoice prior to your session and upfront payment is required.

Private, Workcover and DVA

For self referrals, no rebate can be claimed and the full cost ($255) of the session is applicable.

We accept Workcover QLD and DVA Referrals.

Cancellations

Cancellations later than 24 hours prior the appointment will incur a full session fee. Please note that your MHCP does not cover cancellation nor no-show fees.

Release of client files

We charge a fee to provide a release of a copy of aspects of a client’s file. It is charged at the current hourly APS recommended rate of $300/hr + GST (pro-rata). This fee is charged to the client if the client is requesting the release of a copy of their file. This fee is charged to the third-party if the third-party is requesting this release.

Psychological reports & letters

Fees for the preparation and writing of psychological letters & reports and completion of forms (requested by clients or third parties), including completion of insurance reports, that require time outside of consultation to be completed, are charged at the current hourly APS recommended rate of $300/hr + GST (pro-rata).
