Referral Information
How to book a Medicare Funded Session
Book an appointment with your GP to request a MHTP and a referral to Torgeir Solemdal (Provider Number: 5653163W). Medicare can cover up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.
Get a Mental Health Plan
Book a session
You can book a session via the booking system or by reaching out via phone or email. In-person or a telehealth appointment will be offered within 7 days.
Bring your Treatment Plan
Prior to our first session, your GP will often send your MHTP directly. If not, you can safely send it or you can bring it in to your first session.
Rebate is Paid Directly
After our session is complete, the Medicare claim is processed and the rebate ($149.05) goes directly to your Medicare registered bank account within a few days.
