  • We work with a wide range of workplace presentations, including, but not limited to - adjustment to a workplace injury or illness workplace-related anxiety or low mood, sleep disruption and persistent fatigue, distress around chronic or persistent pain, trauma following a workplace incident, difficulty around return-to-work, grief, loss of role, or identity shift and strain in family or work relationships.

  • If your WorkCover Queensland claim is accepted and psychology is approved, sessions are funded by the Workcover QLD. We bill the insurer directly, so there's no out-of-pocket cost for sessions covered by your accepted claim.

  • Your sessions are confidential. However, with an accepted WorkCover claim, your psychologist provides progress reports to Workcover QLD and your referring GP (not directly to your employer). We'll are transparent with you and what's typically included in those reports so there are no surprises.

    In addition, your clinical records are managed under standard health privacy requirements and the Australian Privacy Principles. Records held by us are not shared with future employers.

  • You never deal with anyone else than your therapist for therapy, bookings, questions, referrals, documentation and anything else you might need. We respond to any text, email or call within one business day (usually less). You can reach us by phone, email, text or via the contact form.

  • An accepted WorkCover Queensland claim is what funds the sessions. Many clients are referred by a GP, case manager, or rehabilitation provider - but you can also reach out to us directly and we'll guide you through the next step.

  • When we hear from you or your referring provider, you will be offered an appointment within 10 days for both in-person and telehealth appointments. We always ensure that future appointments are available to guarantee timely follow up and continuous care for you.
